Six sessions, one task and a simple record. Download or print your observations.
Compare similar tasks with and without one tool. Keep sessions low stakes. Results can be affected by novelty, sleep, task difficulty and expectations.

Read the pattern, not one session
Compare task completion, interruptions and comfort together. A comfortable leisure habit does not need to improve a test score. If a tool interferes with the activity, change it or stop. Take recurring difficulties to someone qualified to help.
Turn a note into a decision
Compare two sessions with a similar task and setting. Write down what you could complete and what interrupted you. Keep the choice that fits the task, or try another movement if neither session worked well.
